Junhan Meng_Story Pitch

    Background: 

                - underground city

                - struggle for light

                - insect-like human

                - separated in social classes

                             - lower classes (explorer)

                                ruined, dilapidated, dark, no technology, stone implements, unenlightened, 

                                located surrounding the higher classes

                             - higher classes (observer, dictator)

                               an energy reservoir is located in the middle of the city

                - energy is from a kind of ore

                - the surface of the ground is unliveable

                - stone-like dangerous creature gathered around the energy ore

1. exposition: The underground city was running out of energy. Energy ores are exhausted. A team of several 'elite' explorers are been dispatch to find the stone with infinite power from a tale.  
2. inciting incident: As they traveled to the border of the energy ore mine, they chased by some transformed creatures, the main character and others got separated in the confusion. 
3. conflict: The main character went into a luminous cave, thousands of stone-like creatures are gathered around a giant gleaming stone. The cave seems like a beast and the gleaming stone is the heart of it. The main character realizes that this is the stone from the tale. 
4. crisis: The main character went back to the city and taught his discoveries to the superior. Insect and stone creature burst into war.  
5. resolution: The gleaming stone broke. They all died.
